Complete the Catering Request form to submit information for your event. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the specifics. Every event is unique. Every menu is customized. Most events have a standard $1,000.00 minimum. A service fee and travel fee may apply. The location of the event could require additional permits. The parking parameters necessary for the gourmet mobile food truck (if utilizing at your event) are: Length - 30 feet, Height - 16 feet, Width - 16 feet and Weight - >15,ooo pounds. Other parking restrictions for the truck include >200 feet from other existing restaurants and >500 feet from schools.
A 25% deposit is required at the time the catering contract is signed and accepted by both parties. If the event is canceled 21 or more days before the event, the deposit minus $75.00 is refunded. If canceled 14 - 20 days before the event, 50% of the deposit is refunded. If canceled 2 - 13 days before the event, none of the deposit is refunded. "If canceled the day of OR the day before the event, the total amount agreed upon on the Catering Event Order will be due to Tasting Spoon, LLC.
